Construction is Underway for Three New 18,000 Sq.ftWarehouses in Jebel Ali Industrial 1.

The three high-qualityindustrial warehouses will provide a combined 54,000 sq.ft of built-up area andwill be available to lease upon completion in April 2026.

Project at a glance

‘West IrelandInvestments’ is pleased to announce that construction is progressing on plan ofthe three new industrial warehouse units, each comprising just over 18,000sq.ft each, of built-up area. The warehouses are being developed to support thecontinued demand for well-located, practical and high-quality industrial spaceand we have early at this stage had considerable interest in long term leases.

Once complete, theproject will deliver a total of 54,000 sq.ft of 11m high warehouseaccommodation, providing occupiers with flexible space suitable for logistics,storage, distribution or light industrial operations.
