This week, Monarch Business Solutions (a subsidiary of West Ireland Investments) was granted approval by the Indian Central Government and Kochin ‘Smart City Free Zone Authority’ to develop an over 220,000 sq ft commercial tower to host their existing business and to support the real estate requirements of the fast-growing IT and outsourcing community.
