Monarch Business Solutions (a fully owned subsidiary of WEST IRELAND INVESTMENTS) was granted approval by the Indian Central Government and the Kochi ‘Smart City Free Zone Authority’ to develop an over 220,000 sq ft commercial tower to host their existing businesses and support the real estate requirements of the fast-growing IT and outsourcing community.
