WEST IRELAND INVESTMENTS has doubled down acquiring 2 more plots in Jebel Ali South Industrial area, further strengthening the company’s growing presence in the UAE’s logistics and industrial Real Estate sector.
A Prime Strategic Location
The 2 new sites sit adjacent to the first plot, where already planning has been submitted to Dubai Municipality and expected construction is to start in quarter 1, 2026.
Just 12 minutes from Gate 4 of Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA) and 24 minutes from Al Maktoum International Airport, these 3 plots totaling just under 60,000 sq ft of warehousing space will be leased out on a ‘long term’ basis to strategic clients. This central position offers seamless access to both sea and air-freight corridors, making it an ideal hub for warehousing, storage, and distribution operations across the UAE and wider Gulf region.
